ACCOUNT AND BUYING
Your account
Your account keeps your trial, your license and your computers together, so you don’t have to activate each computer by hand.
Create an account and sign in
- Click Sign in at the top of any page on crosspoint.click.
- Choose how to sign in, for example Continue with Google. The first time, this creates your account. There is no separate registration form.
- You land on your account page.
With Google, we never see your Google password. We get your name, email address and profile photo from Google to show your account.
Sign in the app
Sign each computer in once. The app hands you over to the website, like signing in a TV.
- In the app, open Settings and click Sign in on the Crosspoint account card.
- Your browser opens crosspoint.click. Sign in there if you aren’t yet.
- The website shows a code. Check that it matches the code in the app, then click Authorize.
- The app says “Welcome back” with your computers. You can close the browser tab.
- The request lasts 10 minutes. If it runs out, the app says the code expired; start again.
- Click Deny on the website if you didn’t start the sign-in. The app then says sign-in was denied.
- Lost the browser tab? Click Open the page again in the app.
Your account page
The account page shows your plan, the computers signed in to your account with when each was last seen, and download links.
- Remove next to a computer signs it out. The app notices the next time it starts.
- Sign out at the top signs you out of the website on this browser.
Sign the app out
In the app, open the account screen from Settings and click Sign out. This computer forgets your account and tells the website. Your pairings and settings stay.
Use Crosspoint offline
You don’t have to sign the app in. With a license key you can activate a computer that never goes online: Settings → License, paste the key, Activate. The key is checked on the computer itself. See Trial and Lifetime.
Delete your account
Email support@crosspoint.click from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete your account, the list of your computers and their sign-in tokens. We keep purchase records only as long as tax law requires. See the Privacy policy.
