Terms of service
The agreement between you and Crosspoint when you use the app, the website or buy Crosspoint Lifetime. Plain words, no tricks.
Last updated 16 October 2026
1. Who we are
Crosspoint is made and sold by Hadi Irshaid, an individual based in Nablus, Palestine (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@crosspoint.click. “You” means the person using Crosspoint.
2. Agreeing to these terms
By downloading, installing or using the Crosspoint app, creating an account on crosspoint.click, or buying Crosspoint Lifetime, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Crosspoint. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for that company.
3. What Crosspoint is
Crosspoint is a desktop app for macOS and Windows that lets one mouse and keyboard control several computers on the same local network, and shares the clipboard and files between them. The website lets you download the app, manage your account and buy a license.
4. The free trial
- Every new user gets one free trial of 14 days with every feature, on as many computers as you like.
- The trial is free and needs no payment details.
- When it ends, sharing stops until you buy Crosspoint Lifetime. Your pairings and settings stay.
- One trial per person. Creating extra accounts or resetting the app to get more trial time isn’t allowed.
5. Crosspoint Lifetime
- One payment. Lifetime is a single payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- Every computer you own. You may use Crosspoint on all computers that you own or that you personally use, for example a work laptop.
- Updates included. Lifetime includes the updates and new features we release for Crosspoint, including the ones the pricing page lists as coming later.
- “Lifetime” means for as long as Crosspoint exists as a product. If we ever stop making it, the last version keeps working on your computers with your license.
6. Your license to use the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Crosspoint under these terms. Crosspoint stays our property; you are buying a license to use it, not the software itself. You may not:
- share, sell, rent or publish your license key or account for others to use;
- get around the trial, the license check or other limits in the app;
- copy, change or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms;
- use Crosspoint to control or read computers you don’t have permission to use.
7. Your account
You can create an account on crosspoint.click with any of the options on the sign-in page. Your account holds your trial, your license and the computers signed in to it. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can sign any computer out from the account page, and ask us to delete your account at any time.
8. Payments
Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout. Taxes such as VAT may be added depending on where you live and are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. If the checkout is run by a reseller, the receipt names them and their buyer terms also apply to the payment.
9. Refunds
Crosspoint Lifetime has a 30-day money-back guarantee. The details are in the Refund policy, which is part of these terms.
10. Privacy
How we handle your information is described in the Privacy policy. In short: your mouse, keyboard, clipboard and files travel only between your own computers.
11. Changes to Crosspoint
We keep improving Crosspoint and may add, change or remove features. We won’t take away the core of what you paid for: one mouse and keyboard across your computers, with the clipboard and files.
12. Things outside our control
Crosspoint relies on your operating system, network and computers. Some things can’t be controlled by any app, for example the Windows lock screen or administrator prompts. We aren’t responsible for features of other services we link to, such as GitHub, Google or your payment provider.
13. Warranty
We work hard to make Crosspoint reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we don’t promise that it will be free of errors or work with every computer, network or setup. Use the free trial to check it works for you. If you are a consumer, you keep the guarantees the law of your country gives you; nothing here takes them away.
14. Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Crosspoint. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Ending this agreement
You can stop using Crosspoint at any time by uninstalling it, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your license or account if you seriously break these terms, for example by selling license keys, after telling you why where we can. If we end it without a good reason, we refund what you paid.
16. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Palestine, and the courts of Nablus handle any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring a claim in your local courts. Before going to court, please write to us; most problems are solved by email.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add a feature or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. For changes that matter, we tell signed-in users by email before they take effect. If you don’t agree with a change, you can stop using Crosspoint and, within 30 days of buying, ask for a refund.
