30-day money-back guarantee

You can ask for a full refund of Crosspoint Lifetime for any reason within 30 days of buying it. You don’t have to tell us why, and we won’t ask you to try anything first.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email support@crosspoint.click from the address you bought with, or include that address in the message.
2. Add your order number from the receipt if you have it. It helps us find the purchase faster.
3. If the checkout was run by a reseller (the receipt names them), you can also ask them directly. Either way works.

We reply within 2 business days and send the refund to the card or account you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up, usually 5 to 10 business days.

After the 30 days

If Crosspoint stops working on your computers and we can’t fix it, we refund you even after 30 days. Write to us with what happens and the debug report from Diagnostics in the app, and we’ll work it out with you.

What happens to your license

A refund ends your Lifetime license. Crosspoint goes back to the state of a finished trial on every computer signed in to your account, and any offline license key from that purchase stops working. Your account, paired computers and settings stay, so you can buy again later without setting anything up.

When we may say no

• Refunds are one per person. If you buy, refund, and buy again, the second purchase isn’t refundable under the 30-day guarantee.
• Purchases made with stolen payment details, or license keys that were shared or resold.

Chargebacks

Please ask us before going to your bank. A refund from us is faster and always complete. If a payment is disputed with your bank, the license from that purchase is switched off while the dispute is open.

Your legal rights

This policy is on top of your rights under the consumer law of the country you live in, and doesn’t limit them. In the European Union and the United Kingdom, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because Crosspoint unlocks right after you pay, checkout asks you to agree to that and to confirm that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the license is active. Our 30-day guarantee still applies, so in practice you have longer.
